I wish there was an easy answer for this. Honestly, I don't know. I've tried with my own relatives to show the the correct information when they were spewing misinformation, and only got push back with, "That's a left-wing source, I don't trust it." Sources like NPR and AP.

The disinformation fight has to be our first priority. There's so much out there we have to battle on social media, and now that AI has been added to the mix, the potential damage control is exponential. And, honestly, it's one thing to say "We need to be more tolerant of differences of opinion because that's the only way we can begin to fight the good fight." But too many white Christian nationalists refuse to listen. Ironically, if they took off their tinfoil hats and practiced what Jesus really advocated in their sacred bibles, the world actually could be a better place.
