To what extent Abbott participates in the background schemes to turn America into Hungary or worse is a subject of concern. He may be just a coycat. In his seemingly 50 year reign i don't recall him proposing anything innovative. He must want to be Gov for some reason! I’m disappointed y your reporting here. You used the word genocide which you should probably look up the definition for. Genocide is an intentional act to erase a group of people. Israel has no wish to eliminate Palestinians. They simply want to defeat the terrorist group Hamas. It is tragic that Hamas is using its people as shields. Where are the Arab nations? Why are they not getting involved to help fellow Muslims? Israel was attacked. It was an act of war. Should we just forget our hostages who are undergoing abuse, both sexual and physical?

I despise that genocides are compared against each other for validity. The definition feels gatekept in the public, but the ICJ ruling provides more than enough validity. Would "massacre" be a more appropriate term for some? Would that then disqualify school shootings from using the term massacre? It shouldn't feel like there's a trademark around the term.
