unfortunately there is no organized Dems or libs to mount an opposition....not a peep out of any office holder or candidate or org about our MAGA veer. Did anyone notice that Beto gave us a miss in 2022......R's are bringing in MTG this month....she will get national airplay.
I had an actual candidate say , we will get em after 2024. Some say Texas willl definately vote Hispanic by 2040 .....okay and those H's are starting to lean right ......cause,...dare i say it...we hold no appeal to them because they have no idea what we do for them....we don't tell them....not a peep out of any Dem about Med Exp in half a decade even as OK passed it 2 years ago.....WTF.......show me somewhere in any D's primary literature where they talk about insuring 600k Texans. Not word on DACA. Not a word abou R wingers gunning for Hispanics.....Texas SB4 allows your local school safety officers to arrest any brown skinned person dropping off their kids if they don't have docs.... so Doctors with out Docs , literally any brown skinned physican who doesn't carry anything other than a DL can be detained by a MAGA inspired security guard .....not a single white or african american could be so targeted....and yet not a word from any Tarrant D .................so why the hell would any Hispanic vote D?
the stupid dumbed down simple plain messaging of the GOOPers is "Border bad!!!!" I have yet to hear one Dem office holder explain our border policy....even MSNBC can't spin a message...R's can.....all day long , upside down , inside out.

On of my candidates to replace Kay Granger has not uttered a peep* about R's plan to turn Ukraine over to Putin, even when his constiuency is Lockeed and Bell and JNAS/Carswell. The other is retired AF and has commented but so far he has not shown he has a campaign team...

I posted a few times.....I was a critic of Alison and so, i guess , my posts never got ....well .....posted.....no one to complain to . The Chair professed no interest in SW Dems FB.....kinda like Paul Fryer saying he didn't know anything about TCDP social media.....even I am not as big a luddite as these guys

So, not exactly inviting SWDems! ....if your purpose was to NOT expand your membership , you succeeded . I think at 68 i might have been one of the younger attendees
1/2 the guys were TCU profs or emeritus.......quite a few said they didn't bother with Tarrant Dems
