There is quite a bit in these documents about Paxton’s relationship with Nate Paul, the extent of their ties, and how Paxton benefited from helping Paul. But, in response to the Motion to Dismiss, based on the so-called ‘Forgiveness Doctrine,’ there were also more sensational details about Ken Paxton’s affair with his mistress.

The response by House Managers even notes, “Paul helped Paxton in basic and bizarre ways.”

Nate Paul created an Uber account for Ken Paxton under the alias “Dave P” (not Carlos Danger). According to Uber records, the account was jointly accessed by Paxton and Paul. Paxton used this account to go to the Pearl Lantana Apartments, where his mistress resided.

Ken Paxton allegedly went to great lengths to hide his relationship with Nate Paul by using burner phones and personal email accounts. On top of that, he would have the Uber drivers meet him a block from his house and then take him to his mistress’ apartment.
