Lone Star Left Playbook September Recap
Here is a list of the articles specifically from the Playbook.
A few months ago, I told y’all about the Lone Star Left Playbook, a collaborative effort by me, Daniel J. Cohen, the Courageous Chachalaca, and Texas Resistance Rising. We all come from different parts of the state, and the purpose was/is to disseminate information about the pressing issues facing Texas and highlight the grassroots organizations tirelessly fighting against them. With a keen focus on House districts that can be flipped within the next two election cycles, this Playbook is a strategic roadmap to a more inclusive and progressive Texas.
We’re having our first public meeting on Zoom (which I will send you all the information about shortly). Leading up to this meeting, I’m putting this recap together so others can see our efforts.
We’ve pulled in a few more organizations, and a strong strategy is coming together to flip specific House seats. So, if you’re interested in learning more, look out for my following email, “When Texas Flips,” for the meeting details.
