There is a major Republican civil war in Texas. There is NO evidence that they have made amends. Hence I predict some Democratic upsets throughout Texas. Driven by (1)Higher than normal democratic turnout (2) Independents leaning democractic this cycle turned off by the Repubican civil war (3) Crossover Republicans hoping to take back their party from MAGA extremist.

i have a question born out of my ongoing critique: I live in a campaign desert and that is my experience of 2024. How does anyone become so engaged as to set records.....is it the national spillover , national news, national press, Harris org, etc. . I am pretty sure most Texans don't wake up to MSNBC.
There has to be an explanation for this Dem enthusiasm and it can't just be Allred ads during fotball....For instance are other County Parties doing good jobs, are candidates out and about, is local news more prominent?????

there are like 200 more counties with voters seemingly w/o that kind of interventions or engagement......what is their motivation? why are they going to the polls?.........if it were just the run of the mill informed D's the numbers would be run of the mill.......but as is reported EV is off the charts.....
